교환 및 환불

모든 환불 불가 사유에 해당하시면 물건은 다시 반송되며, 이때 발생하는 왕복 택배비 또한 고객님이 부담하게 됩니다.

*교환 및 환불 불가 사유

물건이 불량일 경우 왕복 배송비는 벨리아르에서 부담합니다.

이 외의 모든 사유는 왕복 배송비 4000~8000원정도 나오실 수 있습니다.

-물건 택이 훼손 되었을 경우엔 교환 및 환불이 불가능합니다.

-물건 택은 있으나 물건이 훼손되었을 경우에도 교환 및 환불이 불가능합니다.

-상품 구매시 같이 들어간 패키징이 훼손되었을 경우 환불이 불가능합니다.

-물건을 받으시고, 일주일이 지난 후에는 불량이어도 교환이 불가능합니다.

-물건 제작 중 나온 초크 자국은 오염이 아닌 제작 과정 중 자연스러운 발생입니다. 

세탁 시 지워지는 자국이니, 이로 인한 불량 환불은 불가능합니다.

-시즌오프 또는 세일 제품은 교환 및 환불이 불가능합니다.

-There is a tag on the item, but exchange or refund is not possible even if the item is damaged.
-Refund is not possible if the package included is damaged when purchasing the product.
-After receiving the item, you cannot exchange it even if it is defective after a week.
-Chalk marks during production are not contamination, but a natural occurrence during production.
It's a mark that comes off when you wash it, so a defective refund is not possible.
-Products on sale or off-season cannot be exchanged or refunded.
